Role Overview
You will be responsible for manually testing the industry-leading mobile security software. You will also contribute to automated test software (on a need basis), test plans and test cases and execute testing on mobile devices, web interfaces, and server side infrastructure. You will work closely with mobile security software engineers to complete various automation and manual tasks. Your work will directly contribute to shipping our high-quality mobile app security products.
Key Responsibilities
Implement, execute, and debug both manual test cases and automated test scripts using a variety of testing techniques and tools
Documenting Test plans, Test cases and editing, executing Tests cases and Test scripts Using Manual, Analyzed. Should be good in designing test cases, exploratory testing
Ability to follow the QA process and QA strategy without fail for the QA sign offs.Should always try to enhance the skill set in order to improve the quality.Retesting scenarios during the test cycles performed every day/week and during Super critical timelines
Candidates must rigorously test the product. Responsible for managing all testing activities for weekly review and management of reported issues and modification requests, including the testing of and confirmation of reported issues
Familiarity with Agile methodology. Ability to find 99% of the bugs in the product that has been tested. Able to take the ownership of the modules to deliver excellent quality.
Working experience in JIRA or any other bug tracking tool is sufficient.
Understanding of the basic automation script knowledge.
Ability to adapt and perform automation testing when required. Looking for enthusiastic QAs who can understand the automation framework and work on automation testing as the work demands.
Work closely with core security developers, field engineers, tech support engineers, and product management to ensure quality of security products and services
Required Qualifications & Experience
BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering
Attention to detail, and outstanding written & verbal communication skills
At least 3 to 7 Years of QA experience with some automation knowledge
Familiarity with tools like Magisk (root device) and Frida (dynamic code instrumentation toolkit) will be a value-added skill.
Experience working within a team environment preferably on an Agile team.
